This Monday is a little crazier than most, thanks to Daylight Savings Time. But there is a way to survive it all, check out these tips. 

Monday’s in general can be a lot to handle. On top of that, we lost an hour of sleep so the odds aren’t so much in our favor. So if you’re struggling through this Monday, and need a pick me up, we can help. Sometimes you need to treat yourself a little, make fun plans or have an extra big coffee. Check out these ideas on how you can survive the rest of today.

1.Take the time to treat yourself. Even if it’s something small, it can make all the difference in your week. Have a spa night at home and just relax.

2. Plan out your lunches for the week. It seems silly but it will save you lots of time in the morning, and that way you know you’re eating what you actually want.

3. Grab yourself a coffee on the way to work or school. it’s something small but if you take the time do it, you could make a big difference on your day.

4. Clean out your closet. You know you’ve been putting it off and spring is slowly coming in so you’ll want to start shopping anyway. You can donate everything you don’t want and make room for that inevitable shopping spree.

Keep your head high, because this Monday will be over before you know it. Soak up the nice weather, grab a coffee and do your thing.
